Callie was excellent. She spent extra time with me because my nails were a mess and she has a lovely personality. She is very detailed and said that she would fix my chips for free if I came in.

Hao or How is the absolute best 😘. He is friendly and knows how to do nails. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy. His designs are unique and stylish.

Long review, but worth the read. I started going here because this is where my roommate had been previously going, and I was a new to Morgantown. My first experience was fine, but each time has gotten worse and worse. Today I even spotted bugs crawling on the floor (pictures attached). One of the nail techs, Sam, has done my nails almost each time, and she talks down on her coworkers to her customers as if they are not good at their jobs. While that is her own opinion, I don’t come to get my nails done to be awkwardly cornered to hear you rant about your coworkers. I also don’t appreciate that I have frequently noticed that she is only kind to the customers she is working on. Everyone else she is rude to. I requested her a couple times when I started going to the salon because she always did a good job, but as she gets comfortable with her customers she will start talking to you about her drug addiction, implying that you should tip her well because of how good she does, etc. I became uncomfortable with this situation so I stopped requesting her. Today, I had Cindy for the first time as my nail tech. She struggles slightly with her English, but I think she is absolutely one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. I got some bad news during my appt and she was so comforting towards me. When trying to decide my color, Cindy was a little confused with what I was asking, so I tried to relay what I was asking to Sam and she looked at me and said “just pick from the options we have. You are being complicated.” I can assure you that if I was her customer she would not have treated me like that. I am unsure if I will be going back, but if I do, I will ask for Cindy.

"Tracy" is my favorite! She is Very particular. I love how she pays attention to detail. This salon is full of fine nail technicians.
My nails are always flawless and divine! .

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They weren’t friendly. They were rough doing my nails, did a quick job. Didn’t push my cuticles back before they started on my acrylics. One lady actually did my acrylics then changed me to another guy to do my polish. The guy started get angry and frustrated towards me. My nails are no longer shiny. When they polished my nails he didn’t get the full nail. Could definitely noticed some acrylic showing. Asked him if he could add some polish there he got real frustrated towards me. They are have a hump from how much gel polish he used. They also over charged me. On there pricing list it says $35 for a full set. I got charged $50 some.
