Terrible terrible terrible job 😩 I’m pissed I paid $57 avoid they don’t know not even 1 English word here only one person speaks English and she barely has comprehension skills nor do they know how to do nails!!!! The lady disinfected the cuticle cutter with only alcohol and someone’s left over cuticles was still in it I told her she just wiped it off and spray more alcohol. She used lotion as soap I explained it no suds that’s lotion she looked at me like I’m stupid. Please I understand everyone needs a job but u are in America working with Americans learn English atleast just to get your job done adequately or find a job where u only have to speak Spanish beauty isn’t the trade for it! Maybe Spanish speaking customer service rep cause y’all know y’all don’t know what the hell y’all doing !!!!

I live in New Jersey but I am staying around the neighborhood dog sitting for friends. Was looking for a clean and affordable gel manicure and fill, and ended up going to this salon. Staff were friendly, service was fast and I left with probably one of my favorite gel manicures I’ve received in my life. Since I work in the city, I will be coming here for my manicures from now on and ditching my local chop shop in NJ.

They are racist, rude, and have bad customer sevice. My nails were crooked and gel chipped immediately. And the lady doing my nails had cut my fingers badly. Never going back there again. Save your money go to the one on 125th street

This pregnant lady was yelling and crying for 20 mins to use the bathroom. They wanted her to pay first. She had to go to the salon I was in in order to use it. Called the cops and everything.

Came at 8 to try and catch an early opening… well it’s 825 and I’m still here waiting for someone to be here at all … waste of an Uber
