The Glendale Heights Senior Center accommodates exercise enthusiasts quite well. In addition to 4 separate treadmills with up to 15 degrees of elevation, all types of fully adjustable resistance/weight training machines let you concentrate on various muscle groups. There are also 2 TVs to watch, to focus on something other than all of your repetitive exercise routines. The Exercise/Fitness room is clean, with low-level piped-in music. There are also a complete set of dumbbells for curling, etc. The whole room is very clean, with plenty of wipes for disinfectant use. There are many other rooms in the Senior Center, from crafts, gaming, crafted gifts, pool table, and entertaining (e.g.banquets), computer room, etc. Threre is a $12/month exercise fee. Very reasonable. What more could you ask for?

I'm a senior and resident in town couldn't ask for something better for senior well supported and great treatment for all

I visited this place for a bridal shower and the accommodations were absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and helpful to all of the guests.
