Great people, we were greeted immediately and they found the remedy to my wife's IPAD within a few minutes, and then addressed two other issues that my wife had been living with. Walked out with all issues resolved and a very Happy wifie ! We have had the same awesome customer experience with our kids Apple products. We totally love Apple for these reasons. Great products and stellar customer service.

Ripped off my boyfriend when he came in with his broken phone that all of a sudden broke with the update (fishy) they sold him an old phone and would not take the return because it was “from the Genius Bar”. Some pimple faced rude chick gave horrible customer service. She seemed super miserable but I would too if I was that gross looking and working at a place ripping off people. Said that it was in the fine print that we couldn’t return “parts” even though it was a whole phone. I’ve spent thousands on Apple just to be treated like garbage when I want to return something. Manager was not helpful either. They should tell people when it is a final sale but the manager and ugly chick disagreed

Customer service is terrible. A genius by the name of Ian assisted me. I told Ian what was wrong with my phone he couldn't find the problem so he suggested that I erase my phone. I told him that I had already done that, he accused me of lying in a way as if I hadn't done that just because it was not documented. I am very disappointed that they suggested a solution that I told them, did't solve my problem. Ian was very rude. Never go to this apple store!!!!
