Same with every nail shop. Some nail techs are better than others. I loved my coffin shaped nails but got a new full set later from a current tech in almond shape and she couldn't get the shape even on either side of each nail no matter how much she filed and shaped them. Once I can remember the qualified tech, I will edit my post

They don't clean their pedicure runs correctly. I noticed they had dirt floating in the tub while I was in it! later that day, my feet wouldn't stop itching. They also chose to work on the other customers who came in prior to me...before me. I found that very disturbing, they have horrible customer service. This was my 5th time...I definitely wont be returning.

Service is horrible I had an appointment at 11:30 when I got there everyone was too busy to even do my nails !!!

Service was good, but tech was slow too busy talking to other people and watching tv. I requested a $35 service with a $5 upcharge on the nail polish, was billed $55. I won't be back.
