Stopped by late one evening to get a manicure and a polish change for my toes. Everyone was busy when my friend and I came in, but we were still greeted warmly and headed into the salon to pick out our colors. We chatted for a few minutes while they finished up with their previous guests and then relaxed in the massage chairs to get our toes done. The technicians were very sweet and didn’t get frustrated when I had to ask several questions about different services. Every service I received was done with care and precision and I had a nice conversation with my technician as I moved back to get my French manicure done. Pricing was upfront and so far this manicure is holding up better than the others I’ve received in the Buford area. Will be returning for sure!!

I have had multiple bad experiences with this company! The reason I went back several times was because I figured if a different person did my nails, it would turn out better. This previous time I got an SNS, and it will be the last time I ever get it again after this horrible experience. She did such a poor job that the nails looked lumpy. More importantly, she put glue on top of and beneath the nail. As a result, the SNS began to crack after less than a week, and ripped off almost my entire nail on two fingers. Apart from this, I'd also like to comment on the fact that in each of the "owner's" responses to previous poor reviews left by other customers they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. Take some responsibility instead of blaming each experience on the customer. It's really pathetic.

Just Horrible today! They r not professional!! No more go again! Too awful! They r cut my nails is fine , but didn’t do nothing !My toenails look so ugly! I don’t understand you want costumers pay you tips you should do ur best for ur job !

One of the best nail salons I’ve been to in a long time! Sandy and Kim are just WONDERFUL! Service and great location can’t go wrong!
