They did a lot better on my nails than Nails n' Nails salon in Richardson. Totally would recommend, went here years ago when it was at old Richardson square mall. I'll come back to get my gel manicure done here as well.

Horrible customer service! These idiots couldn't even remember an appointment I made 3 weeks in advance and called less than a week to confirm. No apologies for their unprofessional behavior

Amanda is my go to nail tech she always brings my crazy ideas to life!! This is my new permanent spot. Been following Amanda since she worked at another shop now she's her and still doing a excellent job. I didn't catch the lady that did my feet name however she did an excellent job as well 5star service from both and they even gave my wine to make the experience even better!! I'll be back every 2weeks Amanda!! Thanks for hooking me up as usual

Got an infection in my big toe from this place. They re-use and don't sterilize tools. Beware. Also the selection of nail polish is abysmal, bunch of old cheap polish and weird off colors. Amanda is annoying and bitchy with the upselling

I have been there several times.Enjoyed the service.I noticed Amanda is picky about who she services! I.Had an appointment a few weeks ago .when I got there she wasn't in.They called her,.she said her baby was sick and she couldn't make it.Jeff did my nails, A customer walked in to get lashes.and was furious that Amanda wasn't there.she called her on her cell.Guess who showed up? Amanda.! she did this ladies eyelashes and left.never said a word to me.This past week I returned Amanda and. Jeff's wife were there.I asked Amanda if she could do my nails, feet and eyebrows.She said that she doesn't do feet but lo and behold as I'm getting my feet done a friend of hers come in ! Guess who did her feet? I refuse to be treated like a second class customer.That was my last visit.I will never return! I really enjoyed getting my services done there. Ha is a Wonderful person Most genuine and sincere!
