It was my first time going to this salon and I was very happy. I was a walk in very shortly after they opened for the day. I was greeted immediately and was seated right away and work was started. I just got a manicure with gel polish and was very pleased! The polish lasted to long I had to actually work to get it off. It did not chip at all for the whole month I had it. Staff was very friendly and prices are average. Will definitely return!

My friend and I called based on local reviews. Calm studio, family-run with some well-behaved children hanging out on a Saturday afternoon. Not a lot of English spoken, but friendly and able to communicate the necessities. Excellent massage chairs, and they did the polish early and did leg/foot massage after while nails dried. Intense massage, which I love, though people preferring less pressure might want to let the front desk know upon arrival, to make sure this is clearly communicated. I spend summers in the area and will be coming back!

Great customer service! Did not have to wait! No customers in the store today at 2:30. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I already love them and will be making them my new permenant salon. I was at lucky nails for 5 years and was told sorry the tech is leaving after I drove an hour and a half for my appointment so KN quickly gave me an apt and I will be following up with them moving forward for I will never return to lucky nails again. Thank you KN for stepping up..

Nobody understood English at all! The "massage" I got with my manicure hurt so bad after telling them it hurt and pulling my arm away he continued to take my arm again to "massage" it. Left me with bruises up and down my arm. Missed spots on my toes and I tried to tell them that and all they said over and over was, "oh don't worry about it"
Never going back!
