I love having a place to restock in between deliveries and/or using it as a a primary source of products... Only rate 3 stars because some things I would like to get from there have been out of stock for a while.

I love Lux Nail Supply!! I recently visited Lux to purchase some nail products to do my own nails, even though I am a licensed cosmetologist, I had not done nails in years and needed a little help in choosing the right products. One of the ladies there, Anne, was very helpful. I will definitely be shopping here for all of my nail supply needs from now on. Thanks Lux!

I’ve been getting product here for years. And sending friends there to. Today I could not, not even a mood polish. The woman stated for 2 1/2 years now you had to have a license. Well I was just there last summer. Oh well customer lost . Sad because they had a lot 🤷🏾♀️

I'm a licensed nail technician from Cincinnati, OH. I was in town visiting family. I was looking for a nail supply store and found this one. I took my mother and son inside. When I first got there, the woman at the register looked at me like what am I'm doing here. She asked if I need any help. I told her that I'm a license technician from Ohio and I wanted to look around. There were no prices listed on anything. I had to keep asking what the price was on each item. Then the other owner which is a guy, came up to me and said to watch my son like he's going to steal something!! My son is 6!!!
I felt uncomfortable at that time and when I looked up front to see the lady at the register, her eyes were glued to the tv monitor watching me and my family. I put the items back and left. I will not return to this place. I went to Sally's where I got better service. Yes, I paid a little more but I was treated with respect.
