This place is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT come here!! I came for a fill in, I was greeted with the lady on the phone, she told me to sit and she started. She didn’t even get to my 3rd nail, she picked up her phone and started talking on it! (Head to shoulder, so her head is tilted to the side!!!) my nails are uneven, she cut me, and they’re not even shaped the same!!! I paid my $25, and tipped her $6. More than I should’ve, BUT, I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

I went into this shop on friday, the day before my wedding. My friend and I asked for full set, pedicure and eyebrows. After getting the pedicure I was taken to the booth for my full set in which I was told they cant do a full set because they don't have TIME. The lady said "oh we have 3pm appointment." I told her you should have told me that when I asked for a fullset and you knew you couldnt do it. She proceeded to ask me if i could come back later and I couldn't. We went on with the regular manicure in which the tech noticeably rushed and slapped together because she sensed i wasnt happy. I then refused to let her do my eyebrows after she asked me "are you happy?" "No I am not happy please finish my nails so I can go," was my response. She then began speaking her language to her coworkers. On top of it all the job was not even well done. I will never return here.

They dont like black people. I was treated aooo bad. Lady kept asking me 2 come back in 30 min. Altho "other" continued coming in behind got immediate service 🤔
B.S. the shop was busy

bad bad bad ok first there were a terrible verity of colors is was all red and purples. 2nd they charge acrylics by length i get it but i got longer acrylics than my friend, mine came out to $25 my friend got a shorter length but a different shape and hers came out as $30 so $5 more for pointed nails instead of a square. 3rd the lady was rough she butchered my nail bed and the skin around my nail. the nail drill she lost control of, she was separating the dry acrylic from my skin by digging her nail in between. a. thats unsanitary b. you shouldn't have to do that and If i wanted a hangnail i would have just let my nails grow out not get and acrylic set of hangnails. The other lady doing the nails practically begged for the customers to wait 25 mins for service because there were only 2 of them that day.
