Went in to get a gel manicure. Usually at other locations it would last for a month maybe even longer... but here it lasted for 4 days... 4 DAYS!!! Never again I’m so pissed cus I spent $60 (I also got a pedicure which hasn’t came off yet but still watching out) on this just to last me 4 days 😡 don’t go here for gel manicure

Very unprofessional, kept talking to other employees in her language. I aske for a certain shape and she tried to tell me it can't be done. When I took the file and did the shap, she starts pulling out products and tells me she will soak it off and u can go somewhere else. Clearly here you pay for what they want you to pay for. I told her she will not be soaking anything off after she wasted my time. Considering I do nails and just wanted a day of pampering, I will go home and do it the right way. The pinky is what I did to show the shape. There are better places. I guess I now know why there was 2 clients only in there.
I shaped my nails on my own and it's looks way better. I guess some things you can't learn in school if you are not creative to begin with. Pic with paint is my shaping

My first time getting my nails done with them, my pinky nail came off (full nail) my natural nail as well. Came off with acrylic. So since then I come once a year on my birthday to do my nails. The attitude that all the workers have is ridiculous. Like if you don’t understand what I’m saying, you can’t get mad at me. If I don’t like the way you do my nails and I can’t explain it to because none of them speak or either understand english, it’s not anyone’s fault. They get very offensive when we American that speak English are trying to explain to them how we want our nails done correctly. It’s sad. Their all very impatient as well. We customers work hard for our hard money as the nail techs don’t want to work hard at all to earn it

I come all the way from Orlando to get my eyebrows done here they are the best.
