Disappointing.
Packed space inside. Chairs are to close to walls so you can't recline. Chairs are not comfortable.
Easy to pick nail color. Method here is better than I've seen anywhere else. Samples are on a ring and you can see them all. Very easy.
Prices are close to other places of this class service. A bit more here. Not as many options either. No gel or heated neck warmers were offered.
Details on the nail work were spot on. No issues technically.
Leg messages were brief and not deep.

Don’t go very bad. They just do racism. Whenever I go whoever is the new technician they treat me. Good technician always do white people more. They give more tip but dear if u give us same attention and treatment will also give u same tip. And none earns just money for you guys. Charging same money as other people than why give bad service. I’m asking you guys how much tip do you give when you guys go out for any service.
Generally, they said come on weekdays we can give you more time when I go they said different charges.

First time here.
Greeted when I walked in the door. They were busy but I didn't feel like it was chaotic. John who did my nails was gentle and didn't chat me up he just let me relax.
I will be back. They seemed to have a clientele that made appointments and were regulars. They seemed like a good sign to me.

They were okay. I loved the color choices and the paraffin wax, but they made my friend feel uncomfortable for not shaving her legs. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles waaay too close, and rushed me out of my seat.
I've been here 3 times because I wanted to give them a chance, but everytime I've received the same treatment. The whole atmosphere feels like everyone is judging you, and they are better than you. It's disappointing because it is a BEAUTIFUL salon and I liked the different services they provide.

I wish I could say more for this salon. The inside is beautiful and there are definitely some talented artists, but my visits are hit or miss. Sometimes my nails are beautiful, and sometimes I walk out full of regret. I've had some beautiful manicures, and after a re-visit from a horrible gel ombré set, the lady that did my nails next discounted my current manicure to make up for the last, and she did a perfect job. I went for a pedi recently and I might as well have stayed home. The second coat of color was slapped on halfway on ALL of my nails (not covering the entire base) leaving the entire set looking horrible. There are only a few of the staff I really trust to get the job done, and for what they charge, I'm not sure if I'll be back or not.
