I have been coming here for almost 3 years never had a problem up until today. Now normally I have one of the males do my nails and was always satisfied with how my nails are done. Today I went to get a gel fill because I was desperately in need of one against my better judgment I had one of the females who looked rather young do my nails I kept telling her exactly how I wanted my nails never once did she respond to what I was asking her to do. As I'm watching her apply the acrylic I told her that I didn't like all the unevenness in my nail all she said was I fix it with file well 2 hours later as she was applying my gel polish which looked sloppy might I add she asked me if i liked them and i told her that actually i didn't like them and could she possibly fix then so all my nails were even and the nail polish was only on my nails and not on my skin surrounding my nail bed. She told me it would be $10 extra to fix them at that point I was so aggravated I told her just leave them the way they are. As I was checking out she told me the price and I paid then she just stood there like she was waiting for me too tip her..yeah I don't think so now my nails look like they were done by a 4 year old...I'm so incredibly unhappy now I'm now going to look for a new nail salon

First time at this salon. I had a male do my full set. Nothing fancy, just white. He made my one nail angled and kept telling me that my nail on my finger was crooked. Asked him to fix it and he did a little bit. Very sloppy paint job. I could’ve painted them better myself. They were lumpy and left nail polish on my fingers. Never tipped so low in my life. The other people in the salon with the ladies seemed to be pleased with their work.

Love them. Always very sweet and professional. I'm not sure of his name but he sits in the very front and is amazing. My nails are perfect every time he does them. Highly recommend!!

I went to this place for years with no problem then in the last 3 years they have completely lost my trust. Nothing is organized... they take walk in appts for the same services completely out of order. I don’t think my nail tech was licensed yesterday and burnt the gel to my skin and another tech roughly scraped it off... cutting and filing the nail until the skin under my nail was revealed and then roughly scraped that with a nail file. To say this experience was horrifying would be an understatement! I can barely use my fingers and I fear they may get infected. If my husband wasn’t there I would have left without paying. He felt too bad to leave without paying. Only send your worst enemies here for torture!!!
