I usually never write review but I'm so upset over my experience here today and the way my complaint was handled.
The lady that did my nails was rude and abrupt. She kept jerking my entire arm and telling me to relax my hands. She was short when speaking with me about what I wanted and did not properly shape my nails, all my nails are a different shape and size. She rushed through the manicure and when she was done she got up without saying a word took my phone and walked away expecting me to follow to the drying station.
When I complained about her I was told she always worked there and was given no consolation for my experience. Additionally the owner pointed out my one broken nail when I complained about the horrible filing job and ignored the fact that all the other nails were not uniformed.
I will not be going back here and don't suggest you go either you can get a better price and quality manicure else where

Wish I could put zero. Horrible. Can't do coffin tips. Say so don't do a horrible job. Then insult the customer by saying You need your arms waxed. Europeans are hairy people. Keep your opinions to yourself your customer will tell you what they need when they need it if they need it

Lavender Tips is your typical LI nail salon. It is clean, the technicians are nice. The prices are a little on the high end but the work quality is very good. Manicures all come with a paraffin wax hand treatment. My favorite service is the spa pedicure - mint or lavender are great! My only dislike is that they are not open on Sundays.
