Great place to shop if you own a small salon business and need supplies for a good price. They have lots of products to chose from, and their staff are super friendly.

Horrible customer service. They obviously don't are about their customers. I recently order some Gelish polish that was discounted because it had been discontinued received my order and had one if my favorite color be defected. Now I know it was a discounted item so I wasnt asking for a refund but felt they should be responsible for the fact that they shipped me an defected item. Meaning the polish was old, had clumps in it, and the brush was clearly messed up. If anything at least offer to send me a replacement for what I spent my money on instead I got a "it was a discounted item so I can't help you" well if I knew discount item means defected item I wouldn't have wasted my money on it. Wish I could have posted pictures of the product and the email I recieved from their customers service member.
They said that since it's a sell item and I was saving money they can't help me. Let's make it clear it's not about me saving money or not it's about the fact that I receive a defected item and as the seller it is their duty to be responsible for what they are selling.

Wow!! This place has EVERYTHING! Fantastic selection of anything and everything to do with nails and or nail salons. Does not sell to the public so bring your proof of nail salon ownership or proof that you are studying to be an aesthetician.
