If you suffer from ptsd and you have a nontraditional mask you don't want to go to cost cutters. Although the sign says mask required they don't accept all masks. Think twice about entering their establishment they don't care if you been vaccinated. Apparently if they don't approve of your mask it is an insurance risk. More likely a fear risk. Sorry to give a bad review but mask type not specified on sign. Waisted my time and gas, went elsewhere with no problem.

The girl shawna did my little cousins hair cuts and she did really good they like their hair cuts but the manager is rude, I’ve been going to this location ever since I was a kid so I’ve been there longer than the manager! The manager is just extremely rude not professional at all

Horrible service. Came in to schedule an appointment at 3pm and scheduled for a 6:30pm appointment for a trim. Came back at 6:10pm and the sign in front of the building said “Closed due to blackout.” We didn’t get any notice whatsoever about our appointment being cancelled so we drove here for nothing. No text, and no call from them even though we gave them our number when scheduling. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you are looking for professional hair styling, this is the place to go. Don't let the name of the salon deter you. They don't do cheap or shoddy work. Expect to pay for what you are wanting - that is a reasonable expectation. And please tip them generously. They truly deserve it.
Please read this review. Absolutely amazing! First of all, I would like to thank Sage (Manager) and his staff for the most memorable experience at a salon. Second, they went above and beyond in accommodating me and my family on short notice. I walked in at 9:00am to have my gray colored and hair cut. We were told by another Cost Cutters that they were not taking appointments due to Covid. Sage told me that his store did require appointments due to Covid. I asked him if he would be able to do my family's hair that same day. He happened to be short-staffed. He made a phone call to a Manager from another Cost Cutters store to see if she could help. She (Lou) dropped whatever she was doing and came right over! So, Sage, Lou and Michelle were able to do Balayage Color for three of my daughters and haircuts for the two little ones! Their hair turned out amazingly beautiful! What you need to know: 1) They are professionals. 2) They stand behind their work. 3) They educate you on hair and hair products to suit your hair type. We purchased what they recommended. 4) They are respectful and kind.
