I'd give this location a "0" if possible. It took over two hours for a Deluxe Pedicure and a basic Manicure with polish. My lady talked on the phone frequently through my manicure, and would just get up and walk around while I supposed to be getting my manicure. The staff talked to each other so loudly that I couldn't even hear my friend who was sitting right next to me.
The polish chipped the next day and started cracking on almost every nail. The polish is bumpy, doesn't go all the way down on my nail and she also cut my finger pretty badly. I honestly don't think the workers there are even licensed or even care about their customers. Horrible experience all around.

IM ONLY RATING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TOO. The lady that did my nails was so rude! She talked on the phone the entire time, and when she did talk to me she wasn't very nice. Then my mom was going to go next and she didn't even ask her what she wanted she just starts doing whatever? So I stopped and was like "is that what you wanted ?" And my mom said no and so she finally looks up from her phone to ask her what she wants.
Also flies were being swatted on our chairs 😅
It was an overall really awkward and awful experience and we won't be coming back!

I went in for dipping powder and the lady had NO IDEA what she was doing. The glue was so thick it left strings everywhere then she put my finger in the powder and when she pulled it out she started patting my nail, now I have been getting the powder dip for about 2 years I knew you weren’t supposed to do that but I thought maybe it was something new NOPE. Then they tried to tell me it didn’t work because it was cold out so she soaked it off and then painted my nails and left because they were busy and charged me $25 dollars. WILL NOT GO BACK

They don't even deserve 1 star. She hurt me several times and didn't even say sorry. then cleaned out from underneath my toenails and wiped out the dirt and just rubbed it on the top of my foot and pointed at it and said "that's gross" "you have fungus" which In fact I don't! It's been a while since I've had a pedicure. She did a half ass job on everything. Then another customer that was here she chewed out bc apparently they did a deluxe pedicure and she only wanted the regular one. She was so rude and tacky. And told the lady repeatedly," next time you really need to LISTEN to what we say!" And literally would not stop. I was fuming for that lady that was taking her crap. This was the worst experience at a nail salon ever! Then once the customer left she kept talking crap about her to other customer, saying she cheated them money! Very unprofessional.

My girlfriend got her nails done while she was getting them done they of course ask if she wanted to do the more expensive stuff for her nails so she says no then when she is completely done and needs to pay they charge her for it even though she said no. The next day part of her thumb nail breaks off so she stops by there and ask them if they could fix it because if not she was gonna have to take all the nails off they argue with her about fixing it saying it wasn't there fault but they end up fixing it anyways. Whole thing to the story is they very super rude! I have never had customer service like that! I will never be back and would like to warn everyone else before they waste their money.
