I was here for an event where we could get FREE manicures! There were many spacious tables available, as well as a variety of nail polishes to choose from, that my head twirled a bit. There were at least 50 different colors. The manicurist was nice enough to help me with my bag. You can dry your nails in this cool nail dryer thing with lights - but I opted out because those are probably UV rays...

I won't be returning. Had to wait for my manicurist even though the place was empty when I arrived. He went as fast as he could and as a result all my nails were too short and many of them uneven. Opted for the $15 ten minute massage which was actually pretty good. But my hair was in a pony tail and to keep it off my back he used some hair clip that was just sitting there, who knows how many unclean heads it had been in! Next time I will go back to a hole in the wall and get better service for less money.

The manicurists were extremely nice and this location is incredibly clean. I wasn't sure why it cost so much for the pedicure, though. It was nice, but didn't seem to merit the $56 price tag. I don't plan on going back, but if you want a clean, reliable place to get your nails done and you have money to spare, this is your place!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
They stole $95 from me. I had a $95 gift certificate from a friend and they wouldn't let me use it because I came the day after it expired. Most companies would either still honor it or allow you to use some of it. Instead, the rude receptionist Melanie did not care and gave me an attitude. Not to mention she told me they would not honor it AFTER I had already started the pedicure! I will never return.
This is a filthy and cold establishment. There are so many other nail places in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. No customer deserves to be treated that way!!

I got the unlimited deal from Gilt City. It's the spring/summer and I need motivation to get my nails and toes in order!
Got an appointment when I wanted and the lady was ready for me as soon as I walked in. A lot of polish to choose from (including the latest collections), but 3 bucks more if you want Deborah Lippman. Will make note to bring in my own colors next time.
Hoping to go at least 3 more times in a month to get the most out of my deal.
The spa pedicure was nice, tools were fresh out of the package. The massage and scrub were mediocre but she did work hard on my callouses so not a big deal.
The spa mani was typical, she did fix the nails that had bubbles in them which was nice. No attitude and was easy to chat with.
All in all a solid mani/pedi experience.
