I started going to Nu Nails on Erie Blvd about three years ago. It is, by far, the best salon I have been to. Nice atmostphere, pleasant employees & quality service. My nails (& eyebrows) always come out perfect. The remodeled North Syracuse salon is gorgeous.

First time visit and it was one of the best pedicures I have ever received. The massage was wonderful and crazy long. The staff was very nice. Will definitely come back

Tracy does the best sets/designs. Absolutely love my nails! Whole place is a clean relaxing environment and will definitely be returning.

I really liked this place despite how expensive it is (almost $100 for a full set, extra cost for nail design, cuticle trim etc). My full set had 3 entire nails pop off not even 2 weeks of being on. I called and was told they only guarantee their acrylics for 1 week? And I'd be charged $3 a nail to replace I've had my nails done for years and have NEVER had acrylics pop off while doing nothing. To be charged for that is not right. They either don't know what they are doing or are using bad product. Sadly they've lost a customer.
