Freestyles is a very nice place, but they have a “stylist” named Chrissy or however you wanna spell white trash. She kept telling me and my kid how bad his hair was. She said shes never seen such a mess in her whole career. She kept telling me that its all knotted up. He's mixed and she knew nothing about how to cut his hair. She tried to use a little bitty comb in a afro, and said this is a mess. She was carroll county trash. I told her to stop and i we are here for a hair cut, not to be belittles or reprimanded. She had to get someone else to cut his hair as she stood by grumpy AF. If they continue to hire people like her I will go away. Its concerning they thought she was a good choice to work there, because it means the management doesn't care about professionalism. Learn to cut hair, not just old white lady hair.
