Lina and Helen are so sweet, patient and very thorough in their work in manicures and pedicures. Everyone is pretty good except one really can’t paint so I recommend if you’re not liking the way the service is going, don’t do a dark or red color that may be hard to polish. Variety of color and tries to keep up with the newest ones. Gel dip polish is around $35 mani/pedi combo Monday - Wednesday’s were $15 but I think it went up a bit.

Didn't push my cuticles all the way back, rushed us out (granted it was close to closing), bubbles in the polish, and it chipped before I got home

HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE! I asked early that lorning if they did simple buffing, no color. Just a natural shine. After doing my best to explain what I meant they said they did and I came back later. LAZIEST MAN/PEDI I ever received. Half my mani was done standing up to save EVEN MORE time while the ladies table was occupied, horrible smoothing and polishing . i still have cuticle left, they used a 99 cent store buffer. I have little to no shine on my nails. Next came the pedi JUST AS LAZY. Almost nothing was done to my feet, NEVER AGAIN!

Powder gel is 30$, they said, pick a style. I picked a sample with French manicure.
They didn’t cut my cuticles. When the guy was almost done, I asked if he was going to do it, and he said “no, it’s extra 7$”. Well great, +$7, whatever, just do your job. They did it (cut me twice though, after 2 days it still hurts). Then asked me for 47$. I asked where that price came from. It turned out that French manicure was extra 10$. It’s okay, understandable, but how about letting customers know that you have so many extra charges?

They seemed understaffed when my husband and I went during the week. We waited a bit for a pedicure and when we finally did get help it was 4 ppl working on us both. They all had multipul clients they were working on or about to work on so our mani and pedis werw rushed. My husbands manicurits not only nicked im once but 4 times during peducure and he bleed on all so yeah not such a nice out come with pedi. I had both manu and pedi very basic and quick no complaints on my end.
