I have been going here since I moved to Augusta 3 years ago. They’ve done awesome UNTIL my last pedicure...my big toe on each foot is turning black and my entire nail is coming up 🤬🤬 I am so mad right now. CLEAN YOUR IMPLEMENTS!!!

This place does great nails! Everytime! But the person that I had was pretty rough and rushed through the process.

I dont get to visit the nail salon often but when I do, I come here. I was highly upset today when I left. I ALWAYS get the basic mani/pedi bc Im a single parent. I dont have money for acrylic & gel & just extra stuff. I could tell the lady was upset with me bc I didnt want to spend more money. She was SO rough on my feet, I kept having to pull my feet back & eventually let out a huge "OWWWW". She spent ZERO time doing my nails & feet. I was in & out in about 45 mins, dry time included. No lotion, no foot scrub, I didnt even get soak time! My feet look like I havent even been to the nail salon, not to mention the paint is not even covering my whole nail in several places. I was mad & wasnt going to give her a tip but I ended up giving her a few dollars before she started my nails in hopes she would make them look nice but no such luck. I wish I could get my money back AND my tip & go somewhere else! I will NOT be returning to this salon!!

I have been going to this shop for a few years and I only use to get a mani and pedi. So a few months ago maybe Nov. of last year I started trying out different nails like the overlay, sns, and tips because I dont know alot about nails. My last visit I tried the long nails with the coffin shape, my first time ever having this done, I went in today for a fill in and pedicure. I sit down and a guy that has never done my nails does them...uhmmm. So I mention to him that the tip he put on my finger doesn't match the shape of the other ones. He ask do I want somebody else, and I said well if you don't feel comfortable doing this style then you can let someone else do it. He just get up and walk off, so as the girl doing my toes is finishing up I ask her if anyone was going to do my nails. She gets up walk to the back and returns to tell me that someone will come talk to me. After a few mins a lady walks out and tell me that "No one wants to do your nails, your too picky, their nervous". Me not understanding what she mean ask, what did I do to them. I have never had an issue before, Ive always tipped them, never did anything or said anything disrespectful. She said, "you make them nervous, you can go some place else". I'm actually baffled because I honestly have done nothing to deserve the treatment I received, especially in a shop full of customers watching.
