This nail shop has no clue what customer service is!! Extremely rude!! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! I left one comment on their Instagram page which is @texasnailsandspa and he blocked me. They go by appointment only but there is nothing special about the shop, they don’t even offer water/wine. It’s not very well put together and it’s always one Asian guy in there that thinks he knows everything and doesn’t take time to listen to what design or style you actually want on your nails. He can do a neat job but a set that you think will cost $60 MAX, will actually cost $120. I kid you not! He overcharges for the most plain and simple styles no matter what you request. Nails only last 2 weeks, people have real bills to pay and 100 something dollars for a set is a joke. He also charges everyone differently and makes up random prices in his head every single time so that’s why you have to text/call and schedule appointments. Very sneaky!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. But go see for yourself if you’d like. I DARE YOU lol.

I’ve gone here for almost 2 years now if I’m not mistaken. I’m never disappointed when I leave, Keith the owner and the other nail technician shaping and skills are amazing.They dedicate there quality of work into each set and you can tell. The best part of all is, that they treat you like family and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Always incredible work by Texas Nails and Spa! I got shellac done on my nails and toes many times, and they still look perfect over a month afterwards every time!! Such a wide range of colors, too— they have something for everyone. Keith, Hailey, and everyone else at Texas Nails and Spa are always so friendly and welcoming. I ALWAYS get so many compliments on my nails whenever I come here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I cannot stress how much i love this place!! Every time i come here Kieth always delivers. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and I haven’t been to any other nail salon. He’s very precise on how he shape your nails. The employees are friendly and make u feel at home. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for over a year & I absolutely love their work. Keith is who I normally come to see, but everyone does an amazing job and they take their time. I’m always very satisfied and have referred plenty of my friends. Best salon !
