The woman who did my nails didn’t seem to be experienced and was extremely rough with my cuticles. Nails look good but she made me bleed on two fingers and this one is swollen and painful now two days later. Will be calling to let them know. Will not be going back, there are plenty of better places in the neighborhood.
Edit- nails chipped after less than a week but she let me come back to get them fixed at no charge. Will be back after this great customer service!

I scheduled an appointment for 1, there's only 2 people working and they're both working on other customers. It's 1:20 and I'm still waiting to be serviced. They should do a better job at honoring appointment times. Update: They wrapped my feet in plastic wrap before I left and it messed up my polish plus my feet are still crusty. She scrubbed for a few seconds and that was it. She didn't even try to get off the dead skin, I could've done a better job at home.

This place is a GEM. I love it and will return regularly. Great movies, attention to detail on the no chip, and by far the best nail shaping I’ve had in Chicago. Can’t wait to come!

Pedicure
Only 1 other customer was there when I arrived. Sat right away! Water was sooo hot, it burnt my feet!
It was basically an expensive foot rub.. once I got home and washed the oil off me feet, I realized my feet were still flaky. I had to finish the pedicure my self at home. 25 dollars plus a 6 dollar tip. Not cool!!
