I have been going here since they have opened. I go for my pedicures and my acrylics and dipping. They are so sweet and worry about my nail health instead of just my money. I will only go to this location. Every employee i have used does an amazing job! I do dipping and acrylic and have only had amazing experiences.
Best salon ever.

My first experience was great I came in and the woman that own the shop did my nails and they looked great so I rescheduled with her specifically 2 weeks later for my birthday. I showed up to my appointment the lady wasn't even there so that asked if I could go with some one else I said yes. This lady did the awful I have acrylic and she never pulled the lifted parts from the old nails up and she didn't even shape them correctly one looks like a big blob. She burned me multiple times aswell. I have ombre French tips and they look so bad. I hate my nails and I wanted to ask her to fix them but if she never did it right in the first place what makes me think she can do it right when I ask.

I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I’ve been to this nail salon about 5-6 times, each time I walk out disappointed. The prices are extremely high for the quality of work. I showed a picture of the nail shape I wanted & was charged $10 just for the shape (which I had to go home & fix because they looked nothing like the picture)
I asked to have my cuticles done, even though it should come with your $55 manicure.
She filed them down with the little machine (I don’t know what it’s called) cutting & making me bleed multiple times then sticking the tool back into her bag without cleaning/sanitizing it.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone & I will never go to this salon again.

I've been going to Lux Nails for years. They have always done a great job. I would highly recommend them.
