I had an appointment for a Brazilian blowout which I made in advance. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time until I was told that they didn’t have enough product, so they couldn’t do my Brazilian blowout. They told me that they didn’t know when they would have the product and when they could reschedule me. They proceeded to be patronizing and condescending by telling me it was better than lying to me and doing the service with not enough product. They didn’t offer any concessions for the inconvenience. When I asked if they were going to offer me something to make up for it, they responded with blank stares and silence. This is terrible customer service. When I have been inconvenienced at appointments in other places in the past, I have received extra services or goodie bags with free samples and/or products. To top it off, there is no available parking near there. I had to park several blocks away in a two-hour zone:

Miniluxe for sure if you want quality and service. Don’t fall for the Groupon offer... you get what you pay for.

I recently had appointment for mani (gel) and pedi and then blow out. I had to wait over half hour for nails even though I had an appointment. Then about 15 min after my blow out appointment (they kept telling me any minute) I was told person left for the day!! I have NEVER experienced that anywhere! It was also on a Thursday and I had a family event that evening as I was getting married that Sunday. To top it all off it was the WORST mani/pedi I’ve ever got. I had to go somewhere else the next day and have it redone. I asked to speak to manager/owner many times but kept getting told she wasn’t in and I’ve never heard from her.

Had a great first-time experience here. Royal did a fabulous job on my hair,- he was patient, meticulous and truly cared about my hair. He was a thorough professional and gave me a haircut that suited my face and look. I am definitely going back. The other staff were friendly and checked with me from time to time if I needed anything.

I’m from nyc and I visit LA often for work. Best nail salon in LA! My regular manicure lasted almost 3 whole weeks with no chips. Amazing staff, so friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to near by salons like olive and June and their service is terrible!!!! Thanks for an amazing manicure! I took 3 other people with me and their nails were just as good! Love this place!
