I'm living here month to month & cheerfully sent out a 60 day notice! All was well when I first got here then I started disliking the place. There's landscapers working every week, thats nice but maybe that's why the rent is so expensive!? Regardless of the covid19 pandemic, their lack of understanding one's possible financial hardship manifest. Everything around the apt feels cheap (for the amount I pay). There were long hairs by the doors & carpet, pictures of a family, & old food under the refrigerator, hair/brown gunk on the drain stopper that wasn't placed correctly of the lavatory, the paint peels off doors, the drywall is brittle, & their refrigerators doesn't work. I threw away $300 worth of food & then some. Now we're mysteriously being charged $100+ extra in our rent! I got charged twice in 1 month for trash valet I don't even use valet because the hallway has a retching smell when people leave their trashbags by the door plus it attracts annoying insects.

Move in ASAP if you love pool parties, there is no restriction, pool is open 24/7, parties go on till morning

Erica and Maggie, were EXTREMELY helpful and understanding to my situation. While I selected a different apartment, they made my application process amazingly easy and worry free. I would definitely choose these apartments in the future.

These apartments are very quite and luxurious. I love living here, very quite, very clean, amenities are awesome. The customer service from Erika, Maggie and Mark is awesome any questions or concern they are there to help you at all times. Thank you guys for that. Maintenance is awesome every time Raul comes he does a very good job. Please keep up the good job.
