I’ve been there twice now. The first time, Skylar did my dip powder nails. I loved them! She made it so they didn’t look all big and fake. The second time, I got a pedicure and had my dip powder redone by Nikki. I was very impress with her also. I think I have finally found my regular nail tech. Plus, the facilities are great, and conveniently located.

I had a complaint with the service I received and the way my nails and feet were done. I emailed Sara and she emailed back in a very short period of time. I appreciated her quick response and she then told me to come back to get my nails and toes fixed. Thank you Sara for taking care of the customer.

***update*****NO! You didn’t refunded me anything you give me my change!! I gave this lady $40 and my nails were $25. My change is $15. AGAIN YOU DID NOT Refund me anything!!!!!!!!!!
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been going to Happy nails since they had their first location in Hazelwood. I must say this place is a 50/50 shot. Either you would have a great experience or a HORRIBLE one. I was there yesterday 6/24 and the nail tech Nikki accused me of NOT paying for my nails! I should have known something was up when she said it was okay for me to paid for my nails back by her station. Sarah had me in the salon an hour after getting my nails done looking at security cameras to make sure I was telling the true. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. If you still want to go to this salon PLEASE DO NOT SEE THE NAIL TECH NIKKI at Happy Nails 2!!!! I will never go to this place again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go. DO NOT SEE NIKKI and Sarah you need to consider letting this woman go!!!!

I only have this place 1 star so I can post my review. Had a terrible experience on mother's day here!! The staff seems unprofessional and with an attitude. Had my brows waxed, the lady literally pushed my head down without any warning and slapped the wax on which took half my brows off. So getting a tint was not even worth it because it only stayed on for 2 days because I'm obviously missing my brows!!! They never offered an apology or a refund! My pedicure... well I came home and had to remove my cuticles and calluses myself. Never ever going back there!!
