Horrible customer service I went in to get a service and I wanted a guy in there to provide my service because he had done well before. He was working on a lady and I knew I had to wait no problem another customer came in who was one of his regulars. He no longer wanted to do my service so they spoke in their language Vietnamese or whatever it is to tell the other lady do my service I told her I wanted him to do my service so she kept telling me over and over that she was going to do my service because I didn't want to start an argument I let her do my service as soon as she started she would ask me the same question at least 3 or 4 times like do I want my nails done and I wasn't there to get my nails done it's so annoying they want all money they want tips but then they provide bad service
I asked her what was my total because I know they always change prices on you she didn't answer me I asked her again and again in a nice calm voice I had to I had to ask four times for my total before she would tell me what it was then she spoke in Asian to the guy and they went on being rude and then she finally gave me a price. I guess because I wasn't a regular they really didn't care. I know they overcharged me because they can charge what they want basically and that's okay because I'm a good tipper sometimes I tip 20%, if I get great service her tip was in that price that she charged me.
They also talked about their coworker who's later a lot apparently but they talked about the lady or man in front of the entire nail salon unprofessional horrible customer service I do not want to hear about their coworker who's late all the time they went and on and on talking about that coworker they probably talk about each other depending on who's in the shop horrible

My grandaughters took me there, i got a pedicure and manicure at a great price!!!!

Nail are not good I pay 40 everytime I go in and they break the next day.when go back in they make me pay again. These nails are not good.
