Mai and her team are very sweet people and do a great job! They let myself and my daughter come in right at closing time one day after we were turned away from another nail salon and since then she has had my business. They give my 7 year old daughter pop corn and a drink every time and are so nice to her. She loves getting a pedicure in the little kids pedi chair.
They do excellent manicures and pedicures as well. I do the dip powder and it always looks great and lasts long!

Owners and nail techs were friendly, pleasant. The massage chairs were nice, relaxing. They offer you something to drink also. Went in for a basic pedicure, and that’s exactly what I got. The polish job looked like if I did it myself at home, thin spots, clumpy areas, just amateurish. I did enjoy the foot massage, so that’s why 3 stars for overall experience.

This was the worst nail experience ever!! I wouldn't even give this place one star if I had the option. I scheduled an appointment for 7pm, I walked in for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and a kids pedicure. I went in the day before I had to drive out to Jax Beach to open a concert for a famous country singer, I expected a professional mani + pedi! The lady who did my nails did my "manicure" in 5 minutes. I bit my nails for years until I finally got out of the habit and my nails were growing pretty long, without asking me, she filed my nails down all the way! So much for 3 months of waiting! By the time she finished, my nails had bubbles and were chipped by her rough acrylic nails. She was more focused on selling her own merchandise than doing my nails, she would turn away and snap her fingers when she wanted the next hand, very rude! I let an employee know when she left and asked for them to be re-done, it took them 20 minutes for them to finally start re-doing my nails. I had French nails done and it turned out looking like a monstrosity! They re-did my nails by buffing them roughly and cutting my cuticles and it felt like they were ripping my skin, and guess what they did, they filed my nails down to the nail bed!! I didnt even get a good massage for a fact. My moms pedicure was "okay" and my little sisters *oof* terrible would be an understatement, once again, we asked for a kids pedicure for her... but they did a manicure too! They said her pedicure was going to be $12 but they charged us $23 for the manicure that we didn't even ask for!! The total for all of it was $100!! When we asked for our nails to be cut round (not square) they didn't understand. They barely spoke English! More happened there that upsets me so much that I want to vomit. I will never (×100) ever go back to them again!! Go to Nail Care and Spa next to Planet Smoothie and NY pizza, best ever! Sanitary etc. Well here's my review, once again TERRIBLE!!

I was hesitant due to other reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. I had a pedicure and it was perfect. Nice relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

Their prices for kids 10 and under is ridiculous, they charge the same price as they would adults for just a pedicure for a child. Will not return and do not recommend. Most places charge 10-15 for kid pedis or if they’re really reasonable $20 for a mani and pedi.
