The receptionist Jake scheduled my wife’s appointment incorrectly and told her the person she wanted was available when she called a week in advance. She showed up and they suddenly claim he's not available. The receptionist doesn't know what he's doing and needs to get his act straight.

This is a bad nail salon . Dont go . I went to them for 1.5 years . The man i went to John does not like conversation . Complete silence . He was always late sometimes 25 minutes . the rates went up by 5.00 because of covid he says even though they were open for business knock 3 times get it !!! .They even charge for a credit use 1.00 . When i would give him his tip in cash he would put it in his pocket and walk off , no thank you ever ...1 time he did my nails and told me to go wash my hands . When i came back another woman was sitting in my chair and he told me to go to another guy for the polish part ..How rude ! ...So im loyal , i call him last week for an appointment and he says to me he doesnt want to do my nails anymore and i need to go elsewhere ! I was shocked ! The last place i went to i had the same lady for 9 years before the shop went out of business ! so i would not waste my time on this place , too many other places to go too .

I asked for gel pedicure and sns nails for my hands.
I was quoted first 40 dollars for sns hands but when I got there I was told it was 45 dollars because they put tips on. I approved it.
When I got to the register it was 50 dollars for my hands because it was French. I said really?
He told me when I come back it would be 45. Just didn’t like feeling screwed.
They did a good job on nails and feet, but didn’t follow protocol of social distancing
As when my feet were getting done the other person did my finger nails right next to me with no screen.

Absolutely the worst salon in the valley. They messed up my daughters nails so badly, they were the wrong color, they didn’t cure them correctly so the peeled the very next day. They would not take them off and made her pay $55!! Stay away from this place
