I went a month ago and Jimmy began to do my dip nails. I asked for the colors that were clearly on the color wheel and he claimed he didn't have it so I settle for another one. Halfway through the process he gets a phone call and a woman shows up. He quits doing my nails, guessing she was a popular client, and pulls out the color I wanted saying it was new and he wanted to experiment it on her. Spent $100 on the dip nails and a pedicure where the next day my nail cracked on my left hand. I didn't go back to fix it and won't be coming back. I don't have my nails done often but I've never had one crack/break.

My nails were UGLY. The owner is a cool guy but I was very disappointed with my nails and I am NOT hard to please at all. Lack of nail colors to choose from as well. #VERY UNHAPPY :(

I came here and it was truly an experience like NO OTHER... i was greeted with a “what you here for?” Now, I understand English is a second language (which I applaud them for speaking two languages bc I couldn’t) but the person who worked on my feet couldn’t speak ANY English. I asked her a few questions because i like to make conversation and she wasn’t having it. She got an attitude FAST. Also I had a knee length skirt on. I work in a office, so it was a very professional length. The man (I guess the lady’s husband) walked out and threw a cloth over me. And said his son was on the floor...) i was appalled... I’ve gone to my usual nail salon in this skirt a million times.... (I was out of town!) and this would have never happened. Another lady commented on another ladies outfit saying it was too tight for their liking. I will NEVER come back.

Tried Pretty Nails today for the first time despite bad reviews and my experience was great! Jimmy's wife did my nails and she was very friendly, professional and she did the most beautiful flower design exactly the way I showed her in the picture. The last place I went to before could not even do that and they left my nails thick and uneven but today I walked out very happy because she filed my nails evenly and they aren't thick. Very beautiful she is really good at what she does! Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back!!

I went here with my mom to get a pedicure before dinner and it was great. The guy who did my nails was hilarious. Great job doing my nails and made me feel very comfortable. Good conversation and overall experience. I would definitely come back.
