I’ve been coming here for about 5/6 Years off and on and every time I come it has gotten worse. I just left without being serviced. On many ocasion my service has been enturupted for patrons coming in to get their eyebrows done. I however was not granted that same privilege. I waited 30 minutes as the customer being service KEPT asking the older lady to stop applying the gel polish because she had grabbed a different color than the one she had ACTUALLY selected. The patron finally gave up with a look of defeat on her face and the wrong color on her nails and soon to be on her toes. I walked out.

Loved the woman that did my nails, she was quick and gentle and the nails look and feel awesome. I’m a picky person and she listened to every request and was truly amazing!

Got a bad infection from this place, so I would not recommend going here.

I really like this nail salon. There is usually a wait but when they do get to your nails they take their time. There is a middle aged man there who pushes gel manicures or gel acrylic and he gets a little pushy if you tell him you want something different. One time I told him I just wanted a manicure, no gel and he kept saying "gel is better, get gel" and if you don't he rushes through your visit. The older man & younger man are really sweet and they always take their time. The ladies are nice as well. I stopped going there because I got another job not in the area but the salon really is the best one I've been to in the Hoover area so I started going back on the weekends. No lumps or bubbles in my manicures, they are filed evenly. Just be ready to wait on a Saturday

I will never go here to get my nails done again. I used to go to this nail salon all the time years ago before they changed owners, and I was in the area today so I decided to go there to get my nails done. A couple of years ago when I would go here, there would always be a wait because it was so busy. Today there was only me and one other customer the entire time I was getting my nails done... in the middle of the day on a Saturday. The young man doing my nails clearly had NO IDEA what he was doing. He used a drill to polish my nails when I was getting a gel manicure. I told him I wanted the deluxe manicure, which includes the hand and arm massages before the nails are painted. He painted my nails, one by one. He would paint one nail at a time and make me stick it in the LED light. When he finally finished painting my nails, he spoke in his native language to the owner to ask him what to do next, it was pretty obvious. He then asked me to sit in a pedicure chair while he used the lotions from the pedicure station to massage me. Finally, when we got ready to pay, the older man who I assume is the new owner doubled the price of my manicure and charged us double. We paid $46 dollars for a gel manicure and a terrible massage. When I left the store, my arm was covered in red marks and scratches from where the guy had been "massaging" me.
