The owner actually wound up doing my nails. Such a fantastic service. Really good care to customers’ comfort and satisfaction.
I was able to show her pictures of what I wanted and she delivered! Thanks so much Van! And such a pleasant chat during my service.
I also got a pedicure, which was done with such care and attention, I felt my pedicurist deserved a separate tip just for herself.
I didn’t realize eyebrow waxing is also available at this location and was happy to get mine done so last minute.
The gem here if you ask me is definitely the staff. Nails came out nice too!😃

I have been a client of Nail Studio for several years. The manicurists are all excellent. It is like being with family. Everyone remembers your name. Several of them speak excellent English. I love these people.

Nice people overall. I did notice that regulars get a lot of attention. The lady that I got my manicure from was on her her phone half the time and I didn’t like that. Her technique (brush stroke) wasn’t the best I got a gel rose gold and it was lumpy! At the end my thumbs has nail polish and I asked if they could clean it up and they said to wash my hands and it would come out. Would I come back? Maybe, at the end of the day customer service is customer service!

This was my first time at this shop and will be my last. I got mani and pedi. A lady did the pedi and it was just ok. A guy did my mani and it was a joke, its the most pathetic job I've ever seen at a nail shop, any 5yo girl can do a better job than him. He should talk less and learn his job better.
