Worst place I have gone to in my life, & I'm not being dramatic.

I asked for a full set of square white gel nails & then a white gel pedicure. I had paid in advance before they started doing anything. I had one lady doing my nails as another worked on my toes, which the lady doing my toes would keep making my cuticules bleed with the tool she was using, then as my toes were dying the electric uv light had almost dropped in my water 5 times because she wasn't paying attention & was to busy chatting away with the lady who was doing my nails, which the lady doing my nails didn't even REALLY know what in the hell she was doing. She didn't push back my cuticles, she would have to restart on a nail because of multiple mistakes, used white powder (which I didn't ask for) instead of gel polish, then when I corrected her she said "no this is what you asked for" & continued, made the white powder go over my cuticle & then put clear gel over the powder which at the end she said was an extra $15, which once again I didn't ask for. Over in all I paid $75 for some POS nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I always go here for pedicures usually once a month or every other month. I have tried many nail places all over the US and even high end salons but I always go back to this salon. They are very detail-oriented and do an excellent job getting all of my cuticles. I called yesterday to check their store hours. It was very close to closing time but they said to come anyway and did a pedicure. I was surprised they would take me that late! Even when it was closing hours, they did not rush and still did a great job. They have a regular client for sure!

Diana did a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicure. She took her time even after the crowd came in and they were obviously understaffed. Complementary red wine was good and the pedicure massage chair was comfortable. Only 4 stars because of the somewhat out dated salon and they were playing some sports show on the tv, which no one was interested in, wasnt very entertaining, so I stared at my phone the whole time. Wouldve been nice to have a selection of magazines or something.
I will be returning because I like the their work.
