Amazing place and service ! We came in and we’re immediately waited on. They were very organized and efficient.
Showed us to our chairs and immediately started working on us on a busy a Saturday at 12 pm.
Full salon and nobody sat us in a chair with water and left us or any of the normal stuff that salons do.
They were truly great, they’ve made customers out of us for good!

Their work is good! They are skilled at shaping nails and able to create trendy nail looks. The customer service is where they lose stars. I’ve never had a problems my nails. They do not do the little nice things other salons do. They offer you a drink but do not offer to open it but you can’t because your nails are being worked on. Same with shoes and pedicures, if you move from one place to another they don’t bring your shoes to you or hand them to you when you’re about to leave even if your nails are wet. The last time I took my shoes off and asked where I should put them and the lady assisting me told me a spot that happened to be just below where she was working. When I left there was dip and acrylic all over my shoes. The people performing your service are not talkative.

I asked for a simple design on one nail. I wanted some “clouds” ☁️ and the woman working with me said “no” she then said she could do flowers but she would not do the clouds. Well, that’s not what I asked for so I said no thank you and if I could get someone else to do the design for me. She then said there was no one else that could do it for me and ignored me after I asked again to get someone else to do it for me.
Besides this, when I asked her to make my nails shorter she wanted to charge me an extra $5 dollars for shaping them even though I was coming in for a fill. I thought you were supposed to shape them?
I am not one to cause a scene or be disrespectful so I spoke to the manager privately and he wanted to put me back with her. Absolutely not.
I will not be coming back here. I said so many good things about this place to friends and family. I always tipped really good if you did what I asked in a design because I appreciated you executing my nail vision. I NEVER had anyone say straight out “no” at a nail salon before.
Unfortunately for this place, they will no longer get business from me and I FOR SURE will spread the word about this.

I’ve been getting dip manicures from Legacy for several months. I always have a good experience. I see Vivi for my nails. She always does a great job! I never leave unhappy. They have wonderful pedicure services as well. Julie is my favorite lady for pedicures. They are great overall.

Went in to get my nails done and he refused to give me what I wanted. He wouldn’t cut them down for me and they were the thickest acrylic nails I have ever gotten. Then he tried to charge me $70 dollars for something I didn’t even want. Long story short.. this place sucks, don’t waste your money. Other places will actually listen to their clients.
