I am seriously appalled. I got a pedicure here and the next day my toe was infected. I went in two days later to ask for a refund. I politely asked to speak privately with a manager about the issue because they had a shop full of customers.
They had the nerve to tell me that my toe was like that when I came in, which is
1. inaccurate, I had a slight ingrown nail at the end of the toe (not infected) and
2. if that was the case is disgusting knowing that they would allow customers that have open, infected, and leaking wounds use their facility. I should have been denied service because of having an open wound.
Not only did they insult me by saying that my toe was like that when I came in, they wouldn’t give me a refund and recommend that I soak my toe in Listerine MOUTHWASH and it would be fine in a few days.
So now, on top of paying $50+ for a service that has left me with an infected toe, I have to pay to go to the doctors to get an antibiotic.
Beyond disgusted and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Completely over this place! It has been worse every time I’ve gone. I always make appointments and each time I’ve had to wait at least 25mins past my appointment time for someone to start my nails.
This last time when I arrived I told them I had a 5:30 appointment and I was told to wait behind 4 other customers! I was livid. I asked why I had to wait when I made an appointment. What’s the point of making one?? The guy then directed me to a seat where I then waited 15mins to have someone bring over a bowl for ME to soak and rub my polish off my nails. Another 25mins goes by and I’m not sure why I even decided to wait. A kind lady offered to give up her pedicure appointment for me to finally get my nails done. She left and I then waited another 20mins for someone to start my nails. During my “appointment” the guy was not just doing my nails but two other customers as well. It took a total of 2hrs to be completed (it normally only takes a max of 1hr) and 85% of that time was me waiting.
I was a loyal customer and I will no longer be returning.

I should've read the horrible yelp reviews before going here. It was pretty miserable.
I went here for acrylics and pedicures on my birthday with a girl friend. We walked in on a Saturday and they were completely busy and obviously under staffed. We were told to pick our polish and sit in the pedicure chairs. As we sat in the chairs, we probably waited for about 20 minutes while no one said anything to us. 2 customers sat on either side of us and were helped before us even though we were there first. They didn't even fill the foot spa with water so we could soak while we waited. At least you get to sit in the massage chairs while you wait. We finally got our pedicures and they were fine.
When he started on my acrylics he was VERY rough and cut me with the nail file. He was obviously in a hurry and skipped multiple steps that are usually taken like pushing the cuticles back. Instead of nicely giving me basic directions like "give me this hand" or "put your hand under the light" he would gesture or bang on the table and get mad when I didn't understand him. The nails didn't turn out terrible but I've definitely had better and never been cut before.
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the massage chairs.

Had an overall great experience at Bellagio! I went on a Sunday and even though they were very busy, my technician took her time and did a great job! I worked with Van. I will definitely go back!
