These apartments are pretty new and very spacious....
It’s bit expensive though
Inside community Don’t have much walking kind spacious but looks so beautiful
The have built small hatch where kids can play around and elder can sit
Nice pool & decent area
You will have good sun lighting for every apartment

Living at the Watercolors of Centerton is like staying at a nice hotel that you never have to leave. Jennifer and Joey were a pleasure to work with and were very patient. I’m looking forward to spring/summer to use that awesome looking swimming pool! Great job Watercolors of Centerton, keep up the good work.

My husband and I just moved to NWA and fell in love with this property! Watercolors of Centerton is a gorgeous property with an upscale feel without breaking your budget. The staff is so friendly and will do everything they can to help your move go as smoothly as possible. Definitely our favorite apartment complex ever and we would highly recommend this place to everyone.
