The Owner and daughters are so so so Rude.
Anna did a really good job yesterday with my nails. I went in today just to have them trimmed down a little bit. The moment I walked in, the owner told me Anna is not in. I said I know and waited for 2 hours for my turn.
Then came my turn and one of the daughters working there called a lady that came after me. Then shortly after speaking in their native language, another lady walked up to me and said if she cuts down my nails I will have to pay her or Wait for Anna tomorrow to do it for free.
I replied that is rude of her and insulting and I know that they do not offer a free service here and I know I am suppose to pay for their services.
Then came the daughter telling me I can go somewhere else. The daughter gave me so much attitude, swore at me and told me she does not f.....care about customer service and for me to go out and never f.... come back again. This was after I told her I wish I had recorded the conversation.
The third lady in the store was willing to cut down my nails but the Owner said I was rude and to go away and that they will not do my nails. Reason because I expressed my concerns.
So much for customer service. God help us. Not sure which world we live in

So I definitely should have looked at the reviews before coming. This place will never get my service again. After waiting patiently to get my nail fix for an hour and change the owner could not fix it correctly. Then told me I was too picky and need to go to someone else. If I'm paying you I can be as picky as I want. I wish you all could see how bad my nails look. Not mad at all because I have disputed the charges and now they'll have to take there nonsense up with my bank. Don't play with people's time, money and patience!

They will never get my service again. I came in at 11am and did not get seen until 1pm they can't understand English you tell them one color and they put the wrong color on . Then get mad when you tell them they are wrong smh

The owner is rude and should not be doing eyebrows she completely ruined my eyebrows and then argued that she didn't and accused me of just trying to get my money back....which is a lie I been getting my eyebrows and nails done for years there so why would I care about 7$ I was truly pissed that I told her I wanted my eyebrows thick and she then waxed them so thin and uneven. Later I was given a gift certificate from a friend for a pedi there which was the only reason I returned and the owner refused to service me because she was mad that I told her she did my eyebrows incorrectly. Moral of the story don't go there !
