I purchased a living social deal for a facial and a back scratch. My first impression was walking into the spa which was enveloped in an overwhelming dense fog of pine fragrance. I was politely greeted and asked to fill out paperwork. I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the spa had a cat roaming around which is not at all hygienic (and I'm allergic). The treatment room was tidy and the music was pleasant. My technician was sweet and accommodating. The featured product line was Mary Kay. I was disappointed to say the least. I was expecting a professional line. During my service I could overhear a staff member complaining about another client (rude). I will not be returning EVER!
