I've been going here for a few years and they raised their prices and the service is not as good. Not friendly any more. Act as if they are being bothered. charged me $2 more because my nails were long. Really!!! One of the employees is very very rude. I used to get a very good job done on my nails. Now the acrylic pops off before my next visit. I have notice they don't seem to have as much business. I'm looking for a new place if anyone has a suggestion would be nice to know.

Worst experience....very rude guy. He seem to be the owner. I had to stop by at the nearest salon coz I had to wait during my son's karate class. This is the first time I am coming in here and he gave a wired look as why she is choosing a $30 pedicure (that's their Minimum), I wanted to try their service before I burned my pocket. I tried couple of colors on my hand nails to choose the best, that's how I have done for years in many nail spa, none had a problem.he had a problem coz this guy had to waste a drop of nail polish remover and a piece of cotton on me. He even said u should have tried the color or the paper over there rudely. From then my whole pedicure experience was so rough, he pulled my legs and handled it very bad. Would never go again, would never recommend anyone!

Great place! Mike (and everyone else there) always does such a great job with my nails. They are a little pricey but it is definitely worth it because you won’t leave disappointed!

Love Firstar! I'm totally confused about some of the reviewers saying the techs are rude. I've been going there a couple of years and have never seen that. The only thing I can think of is they were really busy and the customer wasn't patient with them. I either make an appt or wait my turn. That's the way it works at any nail salon. I've never left disappointed.

This is one of the best nail places I have ever been too, they are super nice and great at their jobs I would recommend this to everyone.
