I am definitely in love with my nails!!! ❤️. Ms Ivy did an AMAZING job!!! She took her time with every inch of every nail and made sure they were even!! I got a dipped acrylic nail job!!! This was my first time receiving this type of nail job!! I most definitely recommend this location. It wasn’t a wait when I arrived!! Mr. Henry was very gentle with my hands and nails when he tried to get the previous nail polish and acrylic off before I switched over to Ms. Ivy!!! This was my first time and by far the best nail salon I’ve visited in Charleston!!! Definitely have a loyal customer 😃

I was a customer here but when I heard how my friend was treated I will never go back. This friend is a person of color and he was blatantly ignored when he went in for nail salon services. When he finally did get service, the techs did not perform the regular treatment that other customers get. My friend used to own a salon, and knows the difference. I can't think of any reason why this would happen except for racial bias. Not cool in my book. There are plenty more places to get overpriced mani/pedis in our city.

1st visit today for my Birthday. What a great treat. Staff were all very nice with no bickering amongst themselves
Henry did my nails. He was very gentle and attentive to my wants & comfort
I think I've found a new salon to call home.
