This salon is small but personable and provide excellent service with a smile.
IN DEFENSE OF THIS STAFF: One of the reviews is from a “princess” who thought that because she “had an appointment” and walked in AT the time of her appointment (what? If you arrive on time, you are LATE), that she should be IMMEDIATELY attended to because her appointment time had passed by 30 minutes. She loudly stated “I have never written a bad review but i will this time”. I tell you she had no grounds.
All the other customers were with every technician including the manager ... no one was standing around. Ms Princess even threw snide remarks at the nail tech serving me as if we were playing or something. It was already past her time to get off work.
Folks, not one of the technicians nor the manager responded to her nastiness. My gal hurried to finish with me (for which i prescheduled and arrived early for). And, although she was supposed to be going home, she stayed to work with this awful person.
Moral: when you are requesting a service, be thoughtful of others. Arrive 15-30 minutes early. Stop the nastiness. You are not the only customer.

The inside looked clean and comfortable. However, the service I received was not worth the price. The lady seemed like she really didn't want to do a pedicure and didn't even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She wasn't very good at massaging or exfoliating. I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks and wanted to like this place but I won't be going back and prefer to drive further for a much better experience.

Very friendly and professional staff. I got a pedicure and it was wonderful. They were very patient with me and my super ticklish feet.

Had french manicure done. They were quick and friendly and loved the atmosphere. I will be back for sure thanks again love the nails and good quality work

i came into the salon at 430. i told them
mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. they asked me
to sign in and then pick out colors and as i am
waiting a white lady walks up to the counter and says “we all have appointments coming at 5, and we dont have time for you.” with no apology and no politness in her voice. she then said to the asian woman “a mani/pedi is petty money in chinese”. i asked if they could at least do my eye brows ans they all stared at me and the asian woman asked if i could wait till after 5. what?
they are racist towards their own employees. rude to me. and completely out of line with describing me as “petty money”. i was going to ask for gel and french and i tip really well. thats at least a $100 job. i have been coming here my whole life, im on my one and only vacation and as the day spa over by the point said to me “this is a client oriented town”. dont go here. go to the day spa. and stead clear of the racist, insufferable people in this town.
