I have shopped this store since opening. Recently I needed pants, in store buy one at 70.00 get next pair 50% off 105.00 plus tax, online they are 27.96 per pair tax included free shipping to store. I asked if they would price match their own website pricing and was told no. There is no signage reflecting price in store,only the percentage off. Go in store to try on ,buy online.

I found a dress on the 80% off clearance rack that had a hole and some snags. The person at the register said it was only 50% off and must of been put on the wrong rack. He said the dress that should of been on sale for $10 was actually $17. I was going to fix the hole and snags but could not see paying that much for a dress that was in terrible condition. Very poor costumer service. Everything in the store is unorganized and there are no employees to help.

The appliance department gave us amazing customer service I have never experienced customer service like that at any other appliance place in town. They truly have your best interest at heart and not trying to push you into a sale. They took their time explaining everything to us gave honest opinions helped us price match other places. It was a really personalized experience to say the least. Appliances are not what they use to be and niether is the sales market so I am so glad these guys take the consumer side and really help you out they are awesome!!!

Walked the store for over a half hour, obviously looking for something. Not one person asked if they could help. I finally went to a register. I needed the womans dept, it was upstairs, isolated from the rest of the adult clothing , I guess. The entire department was trashed and in disarray. I left without buying any of the other stuff i had picked up.

Woman to Woman, MANY MANY THANKS TO BRANDY in ladies apparel. After giving birth 3 times, breastfeeding, divorcing and being single over 10 years, i went to jcpenney to buy pretty bra for my first date. I felt so ugly and wanted to cry in the mirror and BRANDY WAS SO UPLIFTING AND ENCOURAGING AND SO PERSONAL...I FELT SHE WAS THERE JUST FOR ME. I WILL NEVER FORGET HER AND I PRAY GOD BLESSES HER AND HER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER. I CAN NEVER THANK HER ENOUGH FOR THE CONFIDENCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FINDING THE RIGHT BRA FOR ME. GOD BLESS YOU BRANDY
