Lily and her staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for a year and I am not a number. The staff remembers me and knows my name. Lily is cutting edge with trends and trains her staff to be up on the current trends in fashion and style. She also keeps the salon very clean. Her staff take pride in their stations and work hard for a clean environment for their guests.

Laura thank you for making my feet looks so beautiful! You always do such a great job and it doesn't matter how busy you guys are, you always make me feel like I'm the only one that matters at the moment. I love that! Thank you! Thank you Lily for my spider webs they look freaking amazing!!

I have been a repeat customer at Lily's Nails. Her staff is professional and knowledgeable. However, Tammy deserves 5 stars for the excellent work that she provides. Tammy is an expert in all aspects of pedicures/manicures. She gives the BEST massage with patience and expertise. I encourage you to go to Lily's Nails to get pampered!

Went in to have a pedi and mani for my wedding, with all my bridal party. I was very disappointed with the owner Lily who was answering the phone's making appointments while doing my nails. She was just not attentive to my needs as a customer. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and of course it looked nothing like what i wanted. I even left with two painful abrasions on 2 of my fingers. One took a week to heal. I have been in customer service for many years and never would treat a customer this way. On a postive, two of the nail artist were fantastic and the wounderful lady who did my toes did exactly what I wanted. I was just so sad to be a paying customer to be disregarded that way.
