Waited al least 45mins to get started. Had mom and grandmother, one satisfied as you can see in pix. The other one had to get nails redone, howevers errors not completely fixed and bot satisfied at all. Aince we both told gut exactly what we wanted. Thankfully satisfied with our eyebrows

Nail tech who did my manicure was great. Nail tech who did my actual gel job was horrible. She stood the entire time and rushed a sloppy job. When I asked her to fix the polish stuck to my skin she haphazardly filed for a few seconds and sent me off. Wish I had a better first experience.

Unfortunately this is not the same New York Nails I used to go to back in the day it was horrible God a gel set for my toes and for my hands and I'm only a week into having it done and then paint is chipping it's peeling off I don't scrub floors for a living so I don't understand why it's just a horrible job and I truly wouldn't recommend nobody go here it's really sad that my nails look the way they do only have been done a week ago and pain 25 or however much it was for a gel set when I could have just gotten regular manicure and dealt with the chip in your probably would have done better
