I loved my experience here! First of all, it’s a busy Sunday. The parking lot looked full so I was expecting a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when I waited only about 5-10 minutes for my fill. I recently had a bad experience at a different local nail salon. I told the woman doing my nails a little about why I wasn’t happy at the other place. She listened and fixed everything. She was able to do the coffin shaped, ombré French nails I always wanted! Her name was Abby. I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I went in for a pedi and a full set,. I was told to pick a color for my nails while I was getting my toes done after she had finished I gave her my nail color and she told me to sit tight someone will be with me I waited for 20 minutes watching walk ins pass me by to get there nails done! I finally asked again and waited another 20 minutes,. After finding out the color I picked wasn’t available along with the 3 other colors I picked!!! They false advertise having several colors!!! Once she started my nails she told me to go wash my hands and without saying anything she left for another 10-15 minutes to go talk and again I sat there waiting I expressed my feelings only to be ignored! Once everything wash done she left glue on my hands and I spent more time washing my hands just to get it off! This place does not deserve your money and is a terrible with customer service I will never go back again!!!

I wish I could get negative stars! I was told it would be 30 minutes when I walked in - an hour later...
This place sucks at customer service, they sat everyone together who came together except my husband and I. When I pointed this out the owner didn’t care, and sat someone on the other side of him. She also took loads of people who came after me.
She asked me to pick a color, I told her which one I wanted and she pretty much yelled at my that I needed to find it on the ring because she didn’t know the names of the colors. So I found it and told her, she then brought me the wrong color - needless to say I read the numbers upside down. I apologized and she said I should know what color I needed.
Yes, they do a great job but it’s not worth the wait and ignoring. The nail technicians don’t talk to you and rush through your nails. I would say it’s very similar to sweatshops.
As I sit here - still waiting - my husbands feet are nearly done, then he will get his manicure - wonder how long they expect me to wait.

i love this place. i go here to get sets & fills, and the ladies always take their time to put in true quality effort. my nails always look clean, slim, and professional. the ladies i’ve talked to are all very nice, and generally i have nothing bad to say about this place. the atmosphere is wonderful - very cozy. my mother gets gel nails/pedicures done here too and she says she loves it also. five starts from both of us:)

This is my FAVORITE place to get acrylic nails. I went in recently with a botched fill and they fixed it perfectly. Not only did they redo what was not done well, they filled my nails effortlessly. They're very good at asking exactly what it is you want and giving you options they don't openly advertise.
