The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude the fact that she didn’t understand English made it difficult except her body language and attitude was written all over her. Next the lady that did my nails was very rude as well any little move I made, she treated me like a child and I don’t appreciate that considering how expensive this place is. I normally express in person when someone is being very rude rather than in a review but today’s experience was way too much. I held back people go to this place to relax to feel good and that was quite the opposite for me. I paid $50 for my pedicure alone! Look at the photos , terrible terrible service! I actually Loved when it was Pampered Nails as I’ve been coming for years now!

I would give zero stars if possible. Came in, had an appointment for mani and pedi. The lady who helped me looked so bothered and unhappy to have to do my pedicure. Didn’t say hi, how are you? I asked her to give me more color options for nail colors as I did not see the color I wanted and she completely ignored me. I asked again and she just looked at me. I asked the owner Andrew if she understands what I’m saying he said yes she understands. Then why was she not answering me? He just laughed. Horrible service, management is also awful. They don’t seem to care about people of color. I saw them bending over backwards for their white clients, being extra pleasant. Will never be going back, will be taking my money somewhere else. Do better!

I would not recommend this nail salon, based off the service a received from my mail artist. She was very rude and rushed during my appointment. My nails were not prepped before painting and she immediately started painting as soon as she finished putting lotion on my hands. Every time she wanted my hand closer to her, she would pull my arm and tell me I needed to stay still. When she was paining my nails, one of my nails got smudged and her reaction was to ask me why I would ruin my nails after she just painted it. I apologised and told her I didn’t mean too and she repainted it quickly and told me not to do it again. She only did one coat of polish and barley any top coat. During my appointment, my friend was sitting next to me getting hers done as well, and in mid-conversation with my friend, my artist hurries me out of my chair, grabs my personal belongings, and tells me I need to move. She puts me in the dryer and leaves for her next appointment. When she put my hands in the dryer, one of my nails got chipped, in which I didn’t make a big issue on base off the previous occurrence. She came back ten minutes later to check on my nails and noticed one was chipped and asked my why I kept ruining my nails and making her repaint them. I told her I didn’t mean to and it chipped when she put my hands in the dryer. She went back to get the polish, and when she came back, she looked at one of her colleagues and started pointing at me and nodding. Before she walked away she told me that I better not mess it up again. I felt very uncomfortable with her and felt that I wasn’t able be there with my friend. One nail artist was kind enough to pull up a chair and let me sit to my friend when she was finishing her nails. I haven’t even had my nails for a day and they have already chipped and or come off completely. The rest of the staff was friendly, but she was very rude.

Great upscale salon. Tiffany and Andrew are fantastic. Best gel nails and pedicure ever! Thank you for such a great experience. I will be back!
