Horrible service the 2 ladies couldn't do what I asked for after stating that they could give me what I wanted and messed up the shape of my toes and cut my toe and still wanted to charge me $40 for a mediocre pedicure where she did not even clean my cuticles or anything and that was maybe all of 20 Mins.. I still don't have any polish on my toes I highly don't recommend go to white heaven nails up the street way better

I have gone here many times over the years. The last two times I was there, I was charged for things that I had no idea why. So, yesterday I went in to get a fill. I had not been there for 6 weeks; however, my nails had not fallen off but one. I specifically asked SANDY if I would be responsible for nails like that to. She specifically said no. I believed she would just trim and fill the nails. She made the decision to replace all of the nails without telling me there would be an additional price. After all was said and done, I was charged $90 for the fill and pedicure. I will never let her touch my hands again.

I love this place! Very clean and everything is sterilized. Super nice, talented and gracious staff. I also have waxing done here and they do a fantastic job! A++++

Unfortunately I came to Silken Nails yesterday (1/25/19)....worst mistake EVER!!! My regular person (at another place) was out of town and I couldn’t wait.... Anywho... I was not happy with her job on the fill itself.. no shaping ability.. I’m thinking fine... this is not good but will do until I can see my lady. I showed her a picture of the pain job I wanted and asked is she could do it with the colors I choose.. she said yes... the paint job looked like a 6 yr old did it!!...she said “well they don’t work together.. you asked for it!!!” Then acted like it was my fault.. She is supposed to be the professional.. she said she could do it!!!! I asked her to take the polish off (gel so she has to file it off) and I would just paint them at home. I could tell she was starting to get irritated because her next client was there and I was trying no to act out..🤷🏻♀️ In the end she filed all the way down to the meat on two of my fingers and had the nerve to ask for payment.
