They are a rip off. Took my 6 year old for a pedicure and they wanted to charge me $17 for just a pedicure. Horrible. I only paid them 15. I highly recommend Flanders Nails on 206 south. They charge maybe 12 for a pedicure. They are more reasonable and do a 100% job all the time. I do not recommend timeless nails

I have Mimi. She is so amazing at what she does! If there was something wrong she would go back and fix it! She is very precise and i recommend her! The place is very clean and calm. Makes me relaxed which I like. Also really friendly!

Apparently making an appt. here means nothing!! Made an 11:15 appt for 3 pedicures for me and my daughters to relax and have some bonding time. Showed up on time, the owner told me to have a seat. I explained we had a bday party and needed to leave by 12:15. He said ok. At 12:35 my one daughter got her pedi started. They didn’t take me until 12:50 and my 4 year old didn’t even start until 12:05. I complained the whole time only to be told “next time.. better”. Nope. We’re now an hour late to our party, pedicures were less then mediocre and I still paid FULL price for 3 rushed pedicures with no massage! Don’t try it for yourself ... just don’t go!!! I usually go to queen, but my normal lady retired so I wanted to try someone new. I will be returning to queen and will never go here again!!
